Users can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Roketbus is not responsible for delays due to payment gateway processing.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Certain service charges, booking fees, and processing fees may be non-refundable. Users are advised to review all terms before booking.
4. Operator Cancellations
If a bus operator cancels the trip, users will receive a full refund, and alternative arrangements may be suggested where available.
5. Changes to Cancellation & Refund Policy
Easybiz reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
